In 2005, Carolyn attended and earned Certification from Palmer Institute of Massage Bodywork in Salem, MA. There she trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Shiatsu massage.

She continued her training in 2007 when she traveled to Thailand and studied Thai Massage at the Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai, where she also earned her Certification.
